My name is Pastor Cecile 'CeCe'. I am not your 'traditional' pastor, I am a 'new beginnings' and Senior Pastor/ CEO / Overseer of Center Mark Ministries, Inc. Meaning, I minister to those that most of your larger churches have no time for. I have an outreach ministry to all that are in need of healing and help and also an in reach counseling ministry to the abused and disabled.

I have a degree in paralegal studies and I am also a licensed and ordained pastor / counselor. I currently offer no cost and low cost legal services to those that qualify. I am a legal advocate focusing on men, women and children of abuse, the elderly and also children with learning disabilities.

I am a Christian Counselor as well as head administrator and overseer in California of 'Transition House' and 'Restoration House'... ‘Transition House’ is a short term after care program for those people coming from drug re-hab transitioning back into 'real life. 'Restoration House' is a long term after care program for those people who have been off drugs for a year or more.

I am a christian home school instructor. We have 'The Winds of G.R.A.C.E' Learning Place, and I am currently tutoring children with autism and autism related disabilities as well as children with seizure disorders. We offer hands on intensive learning therapy and activities geared towards the individual needs of the child. To us every child is a precious seed from God!

In the fall of 2007 My granddaughter Grace was diagnosed as moderately autistic with a seizure disorder. Late that year I started an intensive hands on therapy with her in order to alter the way her brain was causing her to respond to outside influences. Today she is 4 and much advanced over most children her age. Except for a mild speech delay she has with much intensive, loving and gentle intervention overcome the majority of the disability that once was her sentence.
